Shipping & Returns

Most paintings and giclee prints will ship within 4-10 business days.  An exception would be pre-orders and oil paintings that are purchased before they are fully dry and ready to transport.  In this case, an estimated ship date will be listed in the item details.  

If an order needs to be shipped by a certain date, please reach out prior to purchase to see if that can be accommodated.

Shipping time frames are simply estimates, and I cannot guarantee delivery dates.  

Items are shipped to the address associated with the order.  In the event an order is returned due to customer error (i.e. incorrect shipping address), the fees associated to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer. . No refunds will be given for orders placed to the incorrect delivery address, or for items stolen or damaged after delivery. 

 

If you are local, pickup locations are available in Midway, KY and Lexington, KY.  Please contact me to coordinate a pickup.

 

All paintings, prints, products, printables and commissions are final sale. 

I do my best to protect your piece, however, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately with photos and be sure to save all packaging materials.  I'll reach out and we can discuss a resolution.
