Commissions

Commissions requests are welcome!  Each commission is a thoughtful collaboration between myself and the collector, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece created with heart and timeless beauty.

The process begins with a conversation.  Reach out with the following information to get the process started…

-Artwork size (if you are not sure, feel free to send photos of the space)

-At least 3-5 photos of some of my previous work that you love

-Color scheme you would like reflected

-Any other information you feel may be helpful; fabric swatches, paint colors, photos of the space or other items included in the room.

A 50% deposit is required upfront and the balance will be due before the artwork is delivered/shipped.  All commissions sales are final.

Each of my pieces take on a life of their own, and the middle stages can be beautifully chaotic as layers build and colors shift.  For that reason, I typically do not send progress photos during the commission process — it allows me to stay fully immersed in the creative flow and bring the work to life without interruption. Photos of the finished piece are shared once it is complete or near completion.  Small revisions are allowed at the end, if needed. 

Additionally, delivery/shipping occurs after the piece is dry enough to safely transport.  Oil paintings do take significantly longer to dry.  Framing is available, if you would like!  The price of the frame depends on the style and size.
